I thank you for your past donation to HelpSriLanka.us, a Minnesota based 501©(3) tax exempt non-profit charitable grass root foundation. Your donation helped provide the following to the tsunami devastated village in Moratuwa, Sri Lanka:

1. Rebuilt 54 tsunami destroyed homes, and repaired 6 tsunami damaged homes.
2. Built a playground and 2100 square foot Community Center to educate the children.
3. Built an enclosed shower stall with a water tank for children/ women in the village.
4. Provided health care for over 4000 tsunami victims in February and March of 2005.
5. Provided over 10,000 meals to the villagers in March 2005.
6. Opened savings trust Bank accounts for 120 children in the village.
7. Provided School Uniforms, Shoes and Supplies to all the children in the village.
8. Sent 113 US volunteers to build/teach/bond in the village since January 2005.


HOWEVER, WE STILL NEED TO:

9. Rebuild 11 tsunami destroyed homes @ $3,000 US dollars to a total of $33,000.
10. Repair 20 tsunami damaged homes @ $1,000 US dollars to a total of $20,000.
11. Plaster and Paint nearly 100 homes that may cost about $20,000 US dollars.
12. Provide 100 homes a fan to ward off flies may cost $10,000 US dollars includes wiring.

Accordingly, we need $ 83,000 US dollars to finish the project. Your contribution is warmly appreciated and 100% of it will go directly to rebuild our chosen village in Sri Lanka.
